Billing questions

Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are shown before VAT, and VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
How does the free trial work?
Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. You add a card at checkout but aren’t charged until the trial ends, and if you cancel before then you pay nothing. Each organisation gets one trial.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, from the Billing page in your dashboard. Upgrades take effect straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the billing period.
What happens if I go over my pageviews?
Your banner keeps working. We’ll get in touch if you’re regularly over, so you can decide whether a bigger plan makes sense. Some other tools stop showing the banner when you hit the limit, which leaves you without consent.
How do I cancel?
From the Billing page. Your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for, then drops to Free. You can download your consent records first.
Do you offer discounts for charities or agencies?
Agencies get the most from the Agency plan: 15 sites for £39 a month. For charities, or more than 15 sites, email us.
