The CookieYes alternative that never switches your banner off.

CookieYes stops showing your banner when you hit your pageview limit, and charges for every website separately. Cookie Copilot keeps your banner up, bundles sites into one plan and costs less from the first site.

Why people leave CookieYes

Hit the limit and the banner disappears

When a site reaches its monthly pageviews, CookieYes stops showing the banner unless you pay for extra pageviews or upgrade. Without a banner you aren’t collecting consent.

Every website is a separate plan

Three websites means three subscriptions. Agencies get discounts from 5 sites upwards, but the per-site price still adds up.

A small free plan

CookieYes Free covers 5,000 pageviews a month. Ours covers 10,000.

Paying more to look like yourself

Removing the CookieYes branding from your banner needs the Ultimate plan, at £42 a month per site. Our banner carries no branding on any plan.

Where CookieYes is ahead

We’d rather tell you now. If you need these today, CookieYes may suit you better.

  • A cookie scanner that lists every cookie on your site, and a cookie declaration for your policy page. Ours is on the way.
  • A WordPress plugin. Ours is on the way; for now WordPress sites use Tag Manager or one line of code.
  • Banners in several languages on paid plans.
  • IAB TCF support and Google CMP certification, which you need if your site shows AdSense, Ad Manager or AdMob ads.

How to switch

  1. Add your site

Sign up and enter your address. We spot CookieYes and list the trackers on your homepage.

  2. Swap the banner

Through Tag Manager, we pause the CookieYes CMP tag and add ours, and you review the changes before publishing. Without Tag Manager, replace the CookieYes script with our one line.

  3. Re-mark any tagged scripts

Scripts marked with data-cookieyes="cookieyes-analytics" need data-consent="statistics" instead, and cookieyes-advertisement becomes marketing. Most sites using Tag Manager have none.

  4. Remove the plugin

On WordPress, reset the CookieYes plugin’s settings (Settings, Advanced) and then delete it, so it doesn’t show a second banner.

  5. Cancel CookieYes

Once our banner is live, export your CookieYes consent log, then delete the site from your CookieYes account.

We spot CookieYes when you add your site.

Switching questions

Will my visitors see the banner again?
Yes, once. CookieYes stores consent in its own cookie, so we can’t read it. Each visitor chooses again on their next visit, and that choice is recorded in your dashboard.
What happens to my CookieYes consent records?
Export them from CookieYes before you delete your site there, and keep them alongside ours.
What happens if I go over my pageviews with you?
Your banner keeps working. If you’re regularly over, we’ll get in touch so you can decide whether a bigger plan makes sense.
Is Cookie Copilot a Google-certified CMP?
Not yet. You don’t need certification to use Google Consent Mode with GA4 or Google Ads; your banner just has to send the signals, which ours does. Certification only matters if your site shows AdSense, Ad Manager or AdMob ads.
